A young woman who was wearing a fake pregnancy bump has been allegedly arrested while trying to steal items from a supermarket.
The incident was said to happen in Middleburg, Mpumulanga, South Africa.
Security guards who were monitoring the woman after noticing the fake pregnancy stopped her at the door and a search on her revealed the stolen items.
Social media has reacted greatly to this with many people blaming the harsh economic atmosphere for her actions.
