The entire Buluk and the National Democratic Congress ( NDC )party members across the upper east region are down with tears as preparations are underway to bids a farewell to it former Builsa north constituency chairman Mr Agoalikum Avaripo this weekend.
Mr Agoalikum who was the party Builsa north constituency chairman for two consecutive terms died on 22 April 2021 at the upper east regional hospital after a short illness left the party and family members dumbfounded and speechless.
Information pick up on the grounds by Ghanaafricanews.com Upper east regional Correspondent Edmond Kwaching Agwaazeh indicated that the both the family and party members have come to agreement that the burial services for the late chairman will be taking place on Saturday 1st may 2021 at Nyansa in the Builsa north municipality.
According to some of the party members who spoke to Kwaching Agwaazeh , ” The late chairman had been strong on his feet and was deeply involved in the campaign for his party in the run-up to the 2020 general elections on December 7 even though he was not that well he risked his Life for the party and Buluk development hence he is going to be one of the best chairman that ever served the party , they added .
His death has shocked and delved a deep blow to the family, love ones and the party in the Constituency. Indeed, he has left us all dumbfounded and speechless.
Mr Agoalikum love for culture and history was unmatchable . Rest In Peace Daddy.
