The legal battle involving Founder and Head Pastor of the Glorious Word Power Ministries International, Reverend Isaac Owusu Bempah has been adjourned to October 5, 2021.
The case was adjourned by an Accra Circuit Court to allow prosecution file substitute charge sheets.
The court, presided over by Her Honour Afia Owusuaa Appiah had earlier refused Reverend Owusu Bempah, and three other members of his church bail and remanded them into police cells on 13th September.
Reverend Isaac Owusu Bempah re-appeared before the Circuit Court yesterday, September 20th, 2021.
Owusu Bempah is being charged with wielding offensive weapons, breach of peace, the threat of death and assault of office public officers.
His arrest comes after he stormed the house of repented priestess Nana Agradaa now known as Evangelist Patricia Asiedu with thugs to cause mayhem and vandalised properties.
Reverend Isaac Owusu Bempah was arrested by the police on September 12th after vdeos of the incident went viral as he dared the police to arrest him if they could.
He was however granted bail at an amount of GHs 200,00 with two sureties.
