Controversial former HIV/AIDS ambassador and musician Joyce Dzidzor Mensah has expressed her fears about the future in an emotional post made of Facebook.
In her post, Joyce Dzidzor Mensah called on Ghanaians to be kind to her children, suggesting that she’s almost near to her grave.
According to her, she feels weaker by the day and does not know when the cold hands of death will find her. All she wants is for Ghanaians to be kind to her children when she’s no more.
“…..when I started educating people on HIV, I encouraged others but always cried in silence after my talk….I maintained s smiling face so that most people with HIV will derive some strength from me.
I have been admitted to the psychiatric hospital in Hamburg on 4 occasions. 2015, 2016, 2017, 2019 all in a psychiatric hospital for major depression.
Due to my constant admission, my son Prince was taken away from me.
But now I’m weak…Please be kind to my children when I’m no more. Do not treat them badly for my mistakes. God bless you all,” Joyce Dzidor Mensah posted.

Recall, Joyce Dzidzor Mensah was in the news some years ago after she revealed that she lied about being an HIV/AIDS patient just for fame and attention.
Joyce Dzidor was dragged to the cleaners by Ghanaians for deceiving the whole country with her HIV/AIDS status.
She subsequently tested positive for the immune deficiency virus on live TV to clear any doubt surrounding the issue.
