A-Plus has become the latest celebrity to celebritiesshow support for the controversial E-levy issue.

He has expressed his disappointment in the government stating the economy will collapse if Parliament does not pass e-levy bill. He expressed his support for passing e-levy bill, but government’s spending is the problem.

“One small country with plenty ministries, we don’t have money, which broke country wants to buy a new jet? Look at the money you said you spent on cooking food for people during covid lockdown, some useless rice with pepper and egg.

“People have chopped the money when you know for a fact that this country has no money, there’s a pandemic, there’s no money, the economy has come to a hault because nothing is going on,that is the time that people made monies to enrich themselves now you’re looking for e-levy.”

Ghanaians are actually not sleeping on matters arising especially on e-levy. Many fear to loose their businesses if the bill is passed. This seems to be a fight “of the people” for a better Ghana.

A-Plus added that, the government rendered many people unemployed after collapsing banks and now looking for charges on mobile money from ordinary poor Ghanaians.

“You want to take money from poor people sending money to their villages.”

It’s all on Ghanaians and a fight for all as social media is on fire, people sharing opinions from all angles to cease passing on e-levy bill.
